Ta-Ra Lucy Lu

This a card I made for our Lucy at work who has gone to work nearer home (sorry it's not a good photo). The stamp is by Penny Black and is called "Light the Night", papers from CUL. Handbags and shoes are Quickutz dies also from CUL.

Lucy is one of the most untidiest people I've ever met - an absolute nightmare in our small office but she was always the first to admit it and really didn't mind when you just picked everything up and dumped it back on her desk. She is noisy and very extrovert and really quite posh - but we'll miss her! Good luck Luce! xxx

Nine Card Challenge

As you all know by now, I never make two cards the same, so this morning suddenly filled with inspiration (or maybe it was panic because I needed them by tonight) I sat and made nine cards using the same stamp, but everyone different. I was really pleased with the final bunch. The stamp is by Magenta. The poinsetta were cut from a Quickutz die. Peel-offs and embellishments CUL.
I decorated some of the poinsettas using stickles, ultra-thick embossing powder and brads. The papers were all from my stash and a real assortment.
Hope you like them too!

Hammer it home FC

Now my friend Paula I lurve her loads and loads, but she don't half set me some tricky challenges! "Here's my list of cards I want for Christmas - oh yeah, if you can involve West Ham in the one for (husband) Ian that would be great!

The papers I bought yonks ago - fortunately I bought several sheets because I lurve them at this time of year. The FC suit stamp was kindly lent to me by my mate SarahK. The West Ham shirt was donated by Mr. Google. Peel off (sack) and footballs from CUL.

It is a very "personal" Christmas card - not all pretty pretty, but I was quite pleased with the finished product.

Now back to "The Trees"!
