Mother's Day Tulips

Oh how I just love these cards!   I've made soooo many (all slightly different of course).   The design came from Jackie Huckstepp (The Glitter Pot).   Jackie's was bigger and a little different but the overall shape/design was hers - isn't it gorgeous?    The stamp is Jane Gill's Tulips Woodware JGCL532.  The die is Spellbinders Nestabilities Fleur de lis rectangles.

Kit-kat eating elephant?

I just love these Woodware stamps, they're just great for such a wide variety of occasions.   Phoebe (my name) was for a good friend who's just come out of hospital - not sure what is her biggest love - chocolate or cats, so she's got a bit of both with this one.   The Ellie card was for my friend who has just become a Grannie.   There is a lovely BABY and hearts on this set, I would have loved to have used them but fairies visited my work desk and borrowed them...   they left them on the floor two days later, the floor that I'd swept twice mmm....

Phoebe the Fat Cat

This is one of the new Woodware stamps http://www.woodware.co.uk/detail_display01.php?ProdID=10877&ProdSKU=FRS113 - I've named her Phoebe.   Really simple paper-piecing and some lovely googly eyes, but I think she's quite cute and I've been making several lately all in different colours.

Congratulations on your OBE!

My neighbour's cousin has been awarded and OBE - how posh!   She asked me to make a card for her, so I used Jane Gill's evening jacket template.   I downloaded the medal from google images.

A Heart for Helen

(Adopted) Daughter No.2's 21st Birthday - the heart idea is from Jane Gill.    The papers I've had for years, flower made from Woodware punches.   Sorry about the poor quality photo but it was taken on my mobile phone and I can't seem to edit it.

Just had to sneak a little of the Blues for my Bro x

Oh how I lurve this card - I wish I could take credit for the design but it's one of the very talented Jane Gill's http://janeelizabeth-flowergirl.blogspot.com/.   However, I did make it and I made the rose.   My little bit of 'prowess' was the match day programme in the pocket!    I remembered he was born on a Saturday and the Blues had a game, so I got a copy of it off 'tinternet and printed it off!
